In 2011, 24 percent of participant organisations reported evidence of mobile malware within their business; up from just nine percent in 2010. “This increase is alarming” said report author, Alan Goode, “nearly a quarter of organisations are seeing evidence of mobile malware yet only 18 percent are protecting mobile devices with anti-mobile malware solutions”.
